Reglerna \u00e4r dock till\u00e4mpliga redan fr\u00e5n och med den 1 juli 2018 f\u00f6r f\u00f6retag inom restaurang-, tv\u00e4tteri- eller fris\u00f6rbranschen samt f\u00f6r byggf\u00f6retag med SNI-kod 41.
